Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data from INFLURISH MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, including data we receive when you connect a social account (such as Instagram) to your creator or brand profile.

How to request deletion

Email us at sales@influrish.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email and, if applicable, the social account(s) you connected. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

What gets deleted

We delete your profile information, stored contact details, and any access tokens or connection records for social accounts you linked to our platform. Data we are required to retain for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as payment records) is retained only as long as required by law, then deleted.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are required to retain specific records by law.

Disconnecting a social account without deleting your profile

If you only want to unlink a connected social account (e.g. Instagram) without deleting your whole profile, you can do this directly from your dashboard's Settings page, under Connected Accounts.
